Management Trainee :
- Management Trainee Program of Sampoerna Kayoe is designed to groom dynamic graduates with a passion for being part of our middle management and project leaders and for rapid growth within Sampoerna Kayoe.
- This role will be placed in various function in Sampoerna Kayoe based on corporate’s needs.
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor / Master Degree of Engineering/Forestry/Agronomy, minimum GPA :
- Bachelor Degree GPA minimum 3,00
- Master Degree GPA minimum 3,25
- Having less than 2-year full-time working experience
- Those who are going to graduate in 2024 are welcome to apply
- Good team player, agile, as well as proven, leadership capability and organizational savvy
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
- Willing to be stationed all area across Indonesia
