Kualifikasi :

  • Minimum education S1/DIII Agriculture/Forestry.
  • Has minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience as a Plantation Assistant or Field Assistant in oil palm company
  • Have good leadership and communication skill
  • Able to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
  • Understand oil palm cultivation.
  • Willing to be placed at remote area Kecamatan Kendawangan, Desa Air Hitam, Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.

Job Description :

  1. Prepare daily work plans (RKH) & Monthly work plans (RKB) for harvesting activities
  2. Responsible for achieving the production budget and production costs of the managed division
  3. Making material requirements for Afdeling/ Block maintenance activities (fertilizers, chemicals, etc.);
  4. Responsible for increasing the productivity of the garden; and perform cost efficiency of production & maintenance.
  5. Responsible for labor turnover.
  6. Make daily, weekly, monthly reports for the operational activities of the Plantation (production & maintenance);
