Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor degree in S1 Agriculture
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor or Agriculture Specialist
- have excellent analytical, communication and writing skills
- Ability problem solving and negotiation
- Willing to make business trips to all company unit locations
Job Description :
- Find of alternative agricultural locations that match the criteria
- Searching, selection the farmers who will be invited to cooperate/partnership
- Maintaining relationship with farmers in the working area to carry out coordination, coaching, and counseling
- Controlling and monitoring of Agricultural Project from planting to harvesting, which includes timely delivery
- Offer solutions to various problems regarding efforts to increase productivity, business efficency, adn income of farmers in working areas
- Developing farmer group to become economic and independent power as well as social for the surrounding community
- Responsible to supervise, monitor and control all activities conducted during and post-implementation of CRS programs to ensure all activities and initiatives have been completely conducted including monitoring the outcomes and follow up emerging issues
- Supervise detailed plans and monitor the implementation of CSR programs to ensure that the programs are properly handed over to the communities within an agreed time frame
- Supervise and maintain understanding of leading trends and changes in Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure adherence to budget, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
- Supervise periodic progress report of execution of CSR programs to keep the programs execution is on time and within budget
